Egg Bake

I made egg bake for this month since there are so many morning activities (church, shopping, christmas eve morning, new years eve morning) where you may not want to think about breakfast. I'm a little nervous that there aren't enough eggs so I'll make mine on Weds morning (my parents are staying with me) and let you all know if it is too dry and if you should crack a few more eggs to put on the top. Stay tuned!
Directions
Defrost overnight.
preheat oven to 350
Bake with tinfoil on for 45 minutes
Bake with tinfoil off for 15 minutes
Ingredients
50/50 mix of Italian sausage and turkey sausage
red peppers
white bread
scallions
eggs
milk
sharp cheddar cheese
