Hey! I was just at my sister's house and she showed me this great book that her meal exchange group just bought...all 10 bought the same book. I just bought it on Amazon for $10 - list price is $14. It is called Fix Freeze Feast and one of the authors actually started a make-ahead chain on the west coast. It is sapposed to be used for large group meal exchanges so each recipe makes three meals. Anyway, I'll bring it to our next exchange so you all can look through it to see if you want to buy. If you DO plan on buying I'd ethically feel okay with you copying a recipe or two on the copy machine at the MC for the Nov exchange.
