Where: Ministry Center (I got John's permission and put it on the calendar). It is a convenient location, everyone knows where it is, and no one has to feel pressure to pick up their house!

Details: There is plenty of space in the freezer here so, if needed, Andrea could drop off and pick up food from the freezer.
Please remember to bring a box of some sort. Maybe a laundry basket would work?
Just a thought: to make this seem less like another "event" pretend like you are just making a quick run to the store - - except way more fun and way less stressful.
